MY STORY

I was a driven corporate executive and devoted mom.

I had the “perfect” job, the unstoppable work ethic, and enough ambition to fuel a rocket ship.

But behind the scenes, my body was screaming for help.

And I knew deep down, something was wrong.

And I couldn’t figure out why.

On paper, my life looked great. I was a corporate leader. A dedicated mom. A high achiever. I pushed through exhaustion because that’s what you do when people depend on you.

Doctors told me I was fine, but I knew something wasn’t right. The brain fog, the fatigue, the relentless pain—it wasn’t just “getting older.” I felt like I was losing myself, and no one had answers.

So I went looking for them.

The Moment Everything Changed

I refused to accept that feeling exhausted, foggy, and in pain was just the way it is.

So, I did what any high-achiever would do—I went searching for answers.
I ran the labs. I dug into research. I paid out of pocket when traditional medicine failed me.
And what I found? It changed everything.

The toxins, the food sensitivities, the stress I had been carrying for years—it all added up. I overhauled my environment, removed the hidden triggers, and made the hardest decision of all— I scheduled my explant surgery.

And then, just when I thought I had figured it out, my daughter’s health took a turn.

She had already been living with Type 1 Diabetes, but when she started losing weight rapidly, having severe reactions to nuts and sesame seeds, and experiencing terrifying symptoms, I knew something deeper was happening.

Doctors offered quick fixes. They ran the usual tests.
But I had already learned—if you don’t fight for the full picture, you’ll never get it.

So I fought.

Armed with the knowledge I was gaining, I eliminated gluten, wheat, all nuts, processed foods, and dairy. I guided her to a functional gastroenterologist, who diagnosed her with celiac disease. As if that wasn’t enough, a year later, she was diagnosed with Addison’s Disease, a rare adrenal insufficiency where the body attacks itself.

This rare condition affects only 1 in 100,000 Americans. It was a wake-up call. Autoimmune diseases can multiply in our bodies when we’re constantly exposed to toxins, throwing everything off balance.

I knew, in my gut, that my daughter’s body was under attack just like mine had been.

This journey made me realize how important it is to fight for our health.

We can’t control everything, but the things we can control? We must fight for them.

And that’s when I knew—this was my mission.
Helping people take back their health the way I did.

we need to talk.

💪🏼 I didn’t play sports growing up and never saw myself as an athlete, yet I crossed the Ironman finish line twice

💖 I was the picture of health until 2018, when chronic fatigue, brain fog, fibromyalgia, inflammation, and food sensitivities took over my life. That’s what led me down the path of cleaner living—detoxing my body, undergoing explant surgery, and now helping others do the same

💫 I didn’t graduate, but still rose to the top, climbing the corporate ladder to become an executive leader. Now, I’ve  taken that same drive and relentless mindset to help others break free from the chains of illness and reclaim their vitality

I know what it feels like to be stuck.
To think, this is just how it is now.

But I also know this: You can do hard things.

For three years, I was a single mom to two young girls, pouring everything into them. When I met my husband, Steve, he challenged me to find something that was just for me. A passion. A challenge. Something beyond motherhood.

So I laced up my shoes and went for a run.

What started as a simple pursuit shattered any illusion of limits. I realized that my limits weren’t real—they were just stories I had been telling myself.

I went from being a couch potato to running my first 5k, and within a year, I completed my first full marathon.

Soon after, a friend suggested a triathlon. Then, at 35 years old, I decided to learn how to swim and I signed up for beginner swim lessons with toddlers at the local pool.

Eighteen months later, I crossed the finish line of my first Ironman.

But I didn’t stop there.

I went on to finish another Ironman and conquer the Rockies twice in the Transrockies Run.

The Mission Behind Jenerate Health

This journey didn’t just transform my body. It reshaped my entire understanding of what’s possible.

I realized that we are capable of far more than we believe—not just in fitness, but in healing.

Five years after battling Breast Implant Illness and other chronic health issues, I knew it was time to give back. I became a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach and started teaching boot camps from my garage in 2020 with Jenerate Fitness.

But I knew I wanted to go deeper.

That’s when I pursued Functional Health Coaching. Because just like training for an Ironman, true healing requires getting to the root cause.

Today, I am driven to help high-achievers reclaim their health, restore their energy, and achieve the balance and resilience they deserve.

Because I believe your story doesn’t end here.

You are stronger than you think.

And I’m here to help you prove it.
