This is a 30-minute video call designed to better understand where you are, give you some actionable first steps, and determine if a program like Foundational Health Transformation (FHT) can help.
You will leave this call with a better understanding of first steps whether you decide to continue your health journey on your own or with our program.
First steps may include basic testing and/or supplement recommendations.
There is no obligation to join our FHT Program, but if you do decide to move forward with our FHT Coaching, Testing, and Supplementation Protocol, we will gladly put this consultation fee toward that program.
