Parasite problems...
So, I switched our emails to Fridays! I hope you guys don't mind. I wanted to include a little more video content in these emails, and I thought this would be helpful. I'm also publishing these emails on my website (blog), so they'll be easy to refer back to.
I'm whole reason I'm sending these emails to make sure you're getting crucial information in an easy-to-understand way that you may not be hearing about elsewhere.
I had a HUGE response after the last parasite email, and much of what I heard was that people have tried parasite cleanses before and they felt WORSE.
YES. That's a very valid experience. Many times we get excited about a topic, or wildly disgusted (LOL) and jump in with both feet.
But parasites are not a great place to start for most of us. Why?
Because we do not have efficient drainage.
Wait, we want "drainage"?
Drainage refers to the pathways that move fluids and debris through the body. If these pathways are plugged, and you jump into detoxing or eliminating pathogens, you are more likely to get symptoms, as there is nowhere for the toxins and pathogens to go.
Blocked drainage pathways lead to inflammation and slow down your progress through the protocol. Opening the drainage pathways and supporting them before you begin trying to eliminate parasites will lessen symptoms and speed the process up.
So if you feel weird druing a full moon or you're having awful systems after starting a detox you saw on Pinterest, it could be that you jumped too many steps ahead.
So where should I start...
Let's start by creating a strong foundation. I can help you with this. Let's clear your drainage pathways so that these toxins don't create a favorable environment for parasites to take over.
Let's start with some easy habits and then talk about what testing looks like. Check out my Instagram, where I talk about how parasites have become such a big issue here in the US and how other countries actually eat and drink to rid their bodies of parasites.
So what's step one, again? Let's open up those drainage pathways. We'll talk more about how to do that next week.
I'm here when you're ready!
